Website design
Do you only build websites for travel companies?
Yes. We specialize in travel, Umrah and Hajj companies, so every site is built around how trips are actually sold, not a generic template.
How is XAVIX different from any web design company?
We sell trips ourselves through WOW TREK, so we build around what makes customers book: a page per program, season filters, and booking requests that reach you on WhatsApp.
Is the website in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every package is bilingual, with full right-to-left Arabic rather than a mirrored translation.
Do you work with companies outside Egypt?
Yes. We work with travel companies across the Arab world, with communication and delivery online.
How much does a travel company website cost?
From $600 for a landing page and from $3,000 for a full bilingual site with up to 30 programs. Pricing is based on working hours at $15/hour and is finalized once we understand your request.
Why do you price by the hour?
So you know exactly what you're paying for. Every proposal breaks down hours by stage, and any addition is priced the same way, with no surprises.
How long does it take to build the website?
Quick products take 3–7 days, a landing page 2–3 weeks, and a business website 8–10 weeks depending on the number of programs. A dashboard takes another 4–6 weeks after launch. These timelines include your revisions and our review.
Can I pay in Egyptian pounds?
Yes. Clients in Egypt pay in EGP at the National Bank of Egypt rate on the invoice date.
Are there monthly costs after launch?
Monthly plans are optional and start at $150 a month for updates, security and Google growth. The only fixed costs are your domain, in your name (around $10–$15 a year), and hosting, which is included for the first year and then covered by any monthly plan, or paid directly to the hosting company.
Can Umrah programs be shown by season and month?
Yes. Programs are organized by season and month with filters, and every program has its own page with hotels, prices and details.
How do booking requests reach me?
On WhatsApp, as a ready message with every detail of the request and a reference number, so your team replies fast and nothing gets lost.
Does the website support online payment?
Not at the moment. We focus on booking requests and contact; payment happens directly between you and your customer.
Can I edit programs and prices myself?
Yes, with the dashboard package. It's built as a second phase after launch so it works on real data.
Will my website show up on Google?
Your site is built Google-ready from day one: speed, a page per program, and structured data. Rankings build over time with content, and no one can honestly guarantee a position.
How can my company appear in ChatGPT and AI tools?
Through clear content that answers your customers' questions and structured data these tools understand. We applied this to WOW TREK.
Is the website fast on mobile?
Our target is under two seconds on mobile, and we measure speed before handover.
Who owns the website?
Your site's content and structure are yours: text, photos, programs, data and page layout, plus the domain in your name and a copy on your account. You can move your work to any company that continues it. The source code stays with XAVIX, unless the contract says otherwise.
What happens if I want to end the contract?
You take all your content, and the site stays live for a 30-day transition period while you move it.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes. We use the latest AI tools to deliver faster, and everything is reviewed by hand before handover.
How do I get started?
Fill in a 6-question form in two minutes. Your request reaches us on WhatsApp with a reference number, and we come back with a clear plan and cost.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first call is free for 15 minutes, with a quick check of your current website if you have one. We understand your request, then send you a written proposal with hours and cost.
Growth & brand
How do I build a travel brand from scratch?
We start with market and competitor analysis, then define your position and offer, and build the identity on that foundation. That's the full Foundation package, from $1,375.
What's the difference between a logo and a visual identity?
The logo is one part of the identity. The identity covers colors, fonts, usage rules and social templates, so everything you publish looks consistent.
How much does a visual identity cost?
From $750 to $1,125 depending on scope, at $25/hour.
How long does an identity take?
3–4 weeks, including two revision rounds.
Do I get the source files?
Yes. The identity is fully yours after payment: the logo in all formats plus the usage guide.
Do I need market research before marketing?
If you're spending on ads or content, yes. Research tells you who you compete with, where your customers are, and what to spend on.
What does the business strategy include?
Positioning, offer, pricing structure, channels, and a 90-day execution plan. From $400.
What does the marketing and content plan include?
A 3-month plan: content pillars, calendar, post and reel formats, channels, and KPIs. From $350.
Do you manage social media accounts?
No. Posting, replying to messages and community management stay with your team, because they are closest to your customers. We do the content plan, production and ad management, and send you a results report every month.
How do you film trips?
We travel with the trip and film its atmosphere and full itinerary, producing content that lasts for months.
Who pays the travel costs for a shoot?
The client covers all trip costs: accommodation, transport and the tour program.
How many shoots can be booked per month?
Two at most, because each one covers a full trip and gets our full attention.
Do you shoot for companies outside travel?
Yes. When a shoot needs heavy, high-end equipment, we subcontract a specialist production company working under our supervision and direction.
Is the content made with AI?
The photography and video are fully real. We use AI tools for planning and writing, and everything is reviewed by hand.
How much does ads management cost?
One-time setup from $120, then management from $150 a month for budgets up to $1,500, and 12% of budget above that.
Do I pay the ad budget to you?
No. You pay Meta and Google directly with your own card. We never receive any ad money.
Do you guarantee leads or sales from ads?
No, and no one can honestly guarantee that. We guarantee professional management and a clear monthly results report.
What's the minimum monthly contract?
3 months, because ads and content need time to be measured and improved.

No jargon, with everyday examples. Read them organized in the guide
Types of websites
What's the difference between a landing page and a full website?
A landing page is like a brochure: one rich page that shows your best programs and gets the customer to WhatsApp fast. A full website is like the office itself: a page per program, seasons and a guide, and Google can find each program on its own.
When is a landing page enough, and when do I need a full website?
If you have few programs or a season coming up and want to start ads quickly, a landing page is enough. If you have more than 10 programs or want to rank on Google long term, a full website fits better.
What is a dashboard?
It's the website's remote control: your team logs in and changes programs, prices and seasons themselves, without waiting for a developer.
Technical basics
What's the difference between a domain and hosting?
The domain is the address people type, like a street name and building number. Hosting is the apartment where the website actually lives. You need both for anyone to reach your site.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
The domain is registered in your name and you pay for it, usually around $10–$15 a year. Hosting is included for the first year with your website, and after that it's included in any monthly plan. If you're not on a plan, you pay the hosting company directly.
What is SSL, the padlock next to the link?
It's the padlock that tells customers their data is sent encrypted. Without it, browsers show "Not secure" and people leave. Every site we deliver has it.
What does a mobile-responsive website mean?
The site rearranges itself to fit the screen, like water taking the shape of the glass. Most travel customers browse on their phones, so we design for mobile first.
Can I add a third language later?
Yes. The site is built from day one to take more languages, and adding one is priced by hours based on the number of pages. The translation itself is content, so it comes from you or is priced separately.
How sites are built
What's the difference between WordPress and a custom-built website?
WordPress is like an off-the-rack suit: quick and cheaper at first, but it needs many plugins and constant updates, and any plugin can slow the site or open a security hole. Custom-built is a tailored suit: exactly your size, lighter, faster and more secure.
Why not build my site on Wix or a ready-made platform?
Ready-made platforms are like renting: you pay monthly, design is limited to their templates, and moving out is hard. They can be enough for a simple start, but a company with many programs and seasons needs something built around how it sells.
Why does website speed matter?
A slow site is like a shop whose door opens slowly: customers get bored and go next door. Google also favors faster sites, and every delay costs bookings, especially on mobile.
Can I build a website with AI?
AI tools can produce a website look quickly, like a calculator that helps an accountant but can't replace one. A site that sells needs someone who understands your market and checks speed, security and SEO. We use the latest of these tools to deliver faster, and everything is reviewed by hand before delivery.
Google & AI search
What is SEO, in plain words?
SEO is arranging your shop so Google understands what you sell and recommends you when someone searches. Clear titles, a page per program, speed, and content that actually answers customers' questions.
Will I appear on Google's first page right away?
No, and no one can guarantee that. A new site usually takes 3 to 6 months to start showing for important searches, depending on competition and the content you keep adding.
What is Schema?
It's like a label on every product in a shop: it tells Google in a structured way this is an Umrah program, how many days it lasts and what it costs. It helps Google and AI tools show your information correctly.
If I have an old site, will I lose my Google ranking when I replace it?
Not necessarily. We redirect every old link to its matching new page, like forwarding your mail when you move house, so Google and customers still arrive in the right place.
What's the difference between showing up on Google and on ChatGPT?
Google shows links, while AI tools like ChatGPT summarize an answer and recommend names. Both rely on a clear, well-structured site with content that answers questions, which is what we build from the start.
About the packages
Which package should I choose?
Need to start fast for a close season: a quick product. Up to 10 programs: a landing page. Many programs and you want Google: a business website. Your team needs to edit things themselves: website + dashboard. Not sure? The form takes two minutes and we'll suggest one.
If I start with a quick product, can I upgrade later?
Yes, and the quick product's price is deducted from the bigger package if you upgrade within 3 months.
What if I have more than 30 programs?
Each extra bilingual program is $30.
Who is responsible for photos and content?
Photos, texts and program details are your responsibility, since you know your business best. If you need us to write content or shoot photos, that's priced separately under our growth services.
How many design revisions do I get?
Two revision rounds in full packages and one in quick products. Any changes after that are $15/hour.
What's not included in the packages?
Online payment, connecting to global booking systems such as GDS, and mobile apps. These are separate projects with their own quote if you need them.
How do I choose a web design company?
Like choosing a contractor for your office, ask 4 questions: whose name will the domain and content be in? Is the price written and itemized, or one lump number? Do they know your industry? And what happens after launch? Our answers to all four are written right here on the site.
