Types of websites

What's the difference between a landing page and a full website?

A landing page is like a brochure: one rich page that shows your best programs and gets the customer to WhatsApp fast. A full website is like the office itself: a page per program, seasons and a guide, and Google can find each program on its own.

When is a landing page enough, and when do I need a full website?

If you have few programs or a season coming up and want to start ads quickly, a landing page is enough. If you have more than 10 programs or want to rank on Google long term, a full website fits better.

What is a dashboard?

It's the website's remote control: your team logs in and changes programs, prices and seasons themselves, without waiting for a developer.

Technical basics

What's the difference between a domain and hosting?

The domain is the address people type, like a street name and building number. Hosting is the apartment where the website actually lives. You need both for anyone to reach your site.

Who pays for the domain and hosting?

The domain is registered in your name and you pay for it, usually around $10–$15 a year. Hosting is included for the first year with your website, and after that it's included in any monthly plan. If you're not on a plan, you pay the hosting company directly.

What is SSL, the padlock next to the link?

It's the padlock that tells customers their data is sent encrypted. Without it, browsers show "Not secure" and people leave. Every site we deliver has it.

What does a mobile-responsive website mean?

The site rearranges itself to fit the screen, like water taking the shape of the glass. Most travel customers browse on their phones, so we design for mobile first.

Can I add a third language later?

Yes. The site is built from day one to take more languages, and adding one is priced by hours based on the number of pages. The translation itself is content, so it comes from you or is priced separately.

How sites are built

What's the difference between WordPress and a custom-built website?

WordPress is like an off-the-rack suit: quick and cheaper at first, but it needs many plugins and constant updates, and any plugin can slow the site or open a security hole. Custom-built is a tailored suit: exactly your size, lighter, faster and more secure.

Why not build my site on Wix or a ready-made platform?

Ready-made platforms are like renting: you pay monthly, design is limited to their templates, and moving out is hard. They can be enough for a simple start, but a company with many programs and seasons needs something built around how it sells.

Why does website speed matter?

A slow site is like a shop whose door opens slowly: customers get bored and go next door. Google also favors faster sites, and every delay costs bookings, especially on mobile.

Can I build a website with AI?

AI tools can produce a website look quickly, like a calculator that helps an accountant but can't replace one. A site that sells needs someone who understands your market and checks speed, security and SEO. We use the latest of these tools to deliver faster, and everything is reviewed by hand before delivery.

Google & AI search

What is SEO, in plain words?

SEO is arranging your shop so Google understands what you sell and recommends you when someone searches. Clear titles, a page per program, speed, and content that actually answers customers' questions.

Will I appear on Google's first page right away?

No, and no one can guarantee that. A new site usually takes 3 to 6 months to start showing for important searches, depending on competition and the content you keep adding.

What is Schema?

It's like a label on every product in a shop: it tells Google in a structured way this is an Umrah program, how many days it lasts and what it costs. It helps Google and AI tools show your information correctly.

If I have an old site, will I lose my Google ranking when I replace it?

Not necessarily. We redirect every old link to its matching new page, like forwarding your mail when you move house, so Google and customers still arrive in the right place.

What's the difference between showing up on Google and on ChatGPT?

Google shows links, while AI tools like ChatGPT summarize an answer and recommend names. Both rely on a clear, well-structured site with content that answers questions, which is what we build from the start.

How do I choose a web design company?
