1. Who we are

This website (xavixai.com) is run by XAVIX AI, an Egyptian sole proprietorship with its commercial registration in progress, working in e-marketing and software solutions. We'll add the registration details here once issued. For anything about your data: WhatsApp +20 114 889 4177.

2. What you share with us

When you fill in the “Start your request” form you enter: company name, city, business type, your website and social links, the services you need, budget and timeline, your name, phone number and best time to call, and any notes.

• This data is not sent to our servers. When you press send, a ready WhatsApp message opens on your device, and it only reaches us if you send it.
• So you don't lose your answers, the site saves a draft of the form in your own browser only (local storage). You can delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
• If you message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive what you send and your phone number.

3. What we don't collect

• No tracking or advertising cookies.
• No analytics tools for now; we'll update this page before turning any on.
• No accounts or logins, and no online payments on the site.
• The site remembers your dark or light mode choice in your browser only.

4. Third parties

• Cloudflare: hosts and protects the site, and may process technical data such as your IP address to block attacks, and may set a short-lived security cookie.
• Google Fonts: fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• WhatsApp (Meta): conversations with us are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

5. Why we use your data

To reply to your request, prepare a written proposal, and deliver the project if we work together. We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing messages without your consent.

6. How long we keep it

We keep request conversations and client data for as long as we need to reply to you, deliver the contract and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, on WhatsApp.

8. Changes

Any change in how we handle data will appear here with a new version number and date.
